Website Than Pay You $500 ?

As a freelance writer, it can be a struggle to find high-quality paying work.

It often seems like the only options available are $5-per-article scams and work from content mills, which can seem like good opportunities — until you check your bank account balance and realize it’ll take ages before your hard work adds up into real earnings.

While finding quality paying work is difficult, it isn’t impossible. In fact, there are lots of publications that will pay you a premium to write for them.

It isn’t necessarily easy to get into these publications, and it may take time and experience to build up your writing to a level that will help you get paid these rates. But you can take solace in the fact that writing work exists beyond content mills and low paying gigs.

While there are probably tens of thousands of magazines that pay writers, a much smaller number compensate writers really well.

Here are 10 magazines that will pay $500 or more for an article. Click on the title of each magazine for additional submission information!

4. VQR

Google Adsense Riched

Google Adsense is a program cost per click (CPC) is the most popular. Not surprisingly, sooner or later, a lot of bloggers who try it. Many who managed to earn thousands of dollars per month, but also many who have not been successful. One of them is me.
I put Google Adsense for content in one blog in English that I have had since October last year. Revenue over time (all time) today only $ 5.46. In other words I only produce $ 1 per month. The following four factors are causes.
According to Darren Rowse, income from Google Adsense follow the following equation:
Adsense Income = Total Traffic + Price + Ad + Ad Relevance Position and Advertising Design
Based on the above equation, I analyzed the adsense blog that I have.
1. Total Traffic
It is well known that visitors coming from search engines is quality visitors because they find the desired information so the odds click on ads more than other visitors. Logically, the greater the greater the chances of visitors who clicked on the ad.
Therefore, I also focus on seeking visitors from the search engines. Unfortunately, there are few visitors. As you can see in the picture below, the number of page views per month around the 300s. In other words, the day only 10 page views.
With the amount of traffic like that, of course, the income I earn too little. Why the traffic a little bit? At least the following matters affecting:
Total posts slightly. Since created 7 months ago, my English blog to only have 35 posts (5 posts per month). This of course affects the least number of posts are indexed in Google.
Not doing keyword research. I just write that I think would be much sought after, but it turned out this way is less than optimal. Need keyword research to see what keywords are searched.
2. Advertising Rates
The price-per-click advertising is the price of the ad in question (cost per click / CPC). Not all ads have the same CPC. There are ads that CPC is high (eg, credit cards, mortgages, golf, and loan), while there is also the CPC was small.
I took the keyword ads with CPC $ 1-3 with consideration of the number of competitors is not as much as the air-CPC keywords high. Therefore, a lower CPC and low traffic, the income was low.
3. Ad Relevance
I observe adsense ads that appear on my blog. Apparently a lot of ads that are not relevant to the content of the blog. As a result, the ad will be little chance clicked by visitors. It may be necessary to filter ads by using the tools that I am studying.
4. Position and Advertising Design
There is an anecdote among students that in the test position determining achievement. I am sure that the same applies to the Google Adsense ads. Ad position will ideally be easily seen that the greater chance of a visitor clicked. Impacts Click Through Rate (CTR) high.
During this time I only rely on the position and design (size and colors) provided the theme that I use. Surely this must be evaluated so that the position and design of advertisements which provide a high CTR.
That factors that make me just to earn a little bit of Google Adsense. How about you? Whether you've managed to earn money with Adsense? If yes, please share the experience below so that I and other friends got enlightenment.

What is Keywords Marketer

Easiest Way to Find High Paying Keywords for Google Adsense

If you are an Adsense Publisher, chances that you want to increase your earning through more clicks. Sometimes it happens that you have good CTR, I mean you are getting good clicks from Adsense but your estimated earning is low. For example, you got 40 clicks and your estimated earning was $0.77! It’s really an unexpected.
You aren’t responsible for this low earning. Actually, Low CPC (Cost Per Click) is responsible for this. You might have noticed that Adsense shows Ads according to post contents mostly. Specifically, we can say, Ads are related with post’s keywords. CPC is related with these keywords.
Google won’t pay you an average rate for clicks. Sometimes you will earn $3 for a click where sometimes they won’t pay you $3 for 50 clicks. Here is the point. It depends on the Ads that people clicked. If people clicked on a high paying ad then you’ll get a good payment. As I said Ads are showing according to your content’s keywords, if you have high paying keywords in your post you will get high PPC (Pay Per Click).

So What is High Paying Keyword?
High Paying Keyword is the keyword that has high CPC for which advertisers (Adwords) are bidding for. Having high paying kewyword mean more PPC income for publishers (Adsense).
I know you want to know which are high paying keywords? Wait, In this post I will show you how to find high paying Adsense keywords for your blog.

How to Find High Paying Adsense Keywords

Finding high paying keywords is easy, but it’s not enough to increase your earning. To increase your earning, you’ll have to find the high paying targeted Keywords that will generate more traffic to your blog.
For example, we know that some of the most expensive keywords are Insurance, Loans, Mortgage, Attorney, Hosting, Lawyer, Donation etc. These keywords may not be related with your niche. Even if it’s related with your niche, it’s really tough to rank for these keywords. So you need to find the keywords that are related with your niche and easy to rank.
One of the amazing tools that can help you to find targeted and profitable keywords is SEMrush.
SEMrush helps you to find the high CPC keywords that a website is ranking for. You can also find other statistical details regarding the keywords like Search volume, Number of results, Trend etc.
Just enter your domain and see how SEMrush works.

Now let’s see how to use this tool to find profitable Adsense Keywords. Before I dive to the tutorial, I suggest you to do two things.
  • Firstly, you need to create an account on SEMrush. SEMrust free version will give you access to only top 10 results. So it’s better to have the Pro version.
  • Secondly, you need to make a list of authority blogs that are related with your niche.
Now login to your SEMrush account. For the sake of this tutorial, we assume that you are running a tech blog and we will find the keywords for Labnol.org that uses Adsense.
Type the domain labnol.org and click on Search.  Then click on View full report from TOP KEYWORDS.
SEMrush top Keywords
It will show the keywords that are driving traffic to Labnol. To get the high CPC keywords, click on CPC tab. You will find that most of the keywords are long tail keywords. In this case, highest CPC keyword is $114.30. You can see the online demo here.
High Paying CPC keywords
Now start copying the keywords which are related with your blog. And do the same process for the other domains on your list.
Once you’ve collected the keywords, it’s time to write blog post by targeting these keywords. Make sure you optimize your blog post On Page SEO properly to get high rank for those keywords. It will take some time to get high ranks and increase your earnings. Hope this post helps you to find high paying Adsense keywords and increase your revenue. Why You Shouldn’t Sell Your House

If you’re even remotely considering selling your home, then no doubt the thought of selling it on your own (fisbo style), has at least crossed your mind.  How do I know this, because every homeowner across this great country has done the same thing when they decided to sell.  It’s in our nature to fend for ourselves, to hold onto any equity that we can rather than just give it away to a realtor that may not be able to get your home sold for the amount originally agreed on anyway.

Think of this though, if a seasoned realtor can, at times, have difficulty moving their inventory, what makes you think that you have what it takes to get the job done on your own?  Here’s a few compelling reasons why you should seriously re-consider not selling your house yourself.

You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know
Most homeowners that decide to sell without the services of a licensed broker are treading murky waters.  The truth is that even though we live in the information age, finding out what what your home is worth is not not just as easy as heading over to Zillow or Trulia and entering your address.  Part of the value that realtors bring to the table is their access to their local board’s MLS data.

Every realtor in your city that sells a home that is listed on the MLS is required to enter all sales data for that transaction within days of the sale.  This means that realtors can accurately see the breadth of the market as well as accurately determine the the current value of your home in merely minutes.  Fact is, that unless you cough up money for a formal appraisal, you may not know what your home is truly worth.

You Won’t Get Enough Market Exposure
It’s sad when I spot a FSBO sign in a front yard while driving through a neighborhood; cause I know that chances are that the sign I just saw is the only form of marketing that homeowner is doing.  What the home owner doesn’t realize is how many buyers need to see that sign in order to actually produce a serious, ready, willing, and able buyer.

The number could be in the hundreds, and I promise you that the number of actual qualified buyers that drive by that house will be very few.  Even if you’re home happens to be located in a popular city like San Antonio or San Diego where investors are buying houses with cash, they may not even know that you’re home exists.

In my experience, most of the “pre-qualified buyers” are already represented by agents, that are off viewing houses that they were shown to by their agents.  Agents only look on the MLS when trying to find homes for their buyers, so if your home isn’t listed in there, then you’ve just removed a very large pool of available buyers.

Marketing on third party real estate websites like Redfin or Zillow can offer greater exposure of your home, but be prepared to get a lot of tire kickers and “unqualified” buyers contacting you.

Your Inexperience Could Cost You
How many times have you negotiate closing costs, sales price, or even repairs with a home buyer?  I’d bet you can count them all on one hand.  Like it or not, most real estate agents have much more experience in the industry than you will ever have, and in real estate, inexperience can translate into financial losses.

Why?  Cause some real estate agent’s are constantly educating themselves to be better at their job; negotiating on behalf of their clients.  They work hard to obtain certifications such as the certified negotiations expert designation.  If a buyer is more well-versed than a lone ranger seller on how & when to properly negotiate items in a real estate transaction, then potentially thousands could be at risk.

Time Is Money
Before taking the leap to sell by owner, in order to save the 6% commission, try calculating what your time is worth in dollars.  Then, estimate how many hours you’ll realistically need to work to get your house sold.  If you’re time is worth anywhere close to what mine is worth to me, then that 6% commission sure starts looking more attractive.

To Sum It All Up
Sure, it’s possible to sell a house without using an agent, but if you should decide to forego hiring a professional to help you, then don’t be deceived into thinking that you’re actually saving a lot of money. There’s a good reason why 85% of home owners listed with a real estate agent when selling their home.  When counting the true costs of selling fsbo, you could end up on the loosing end of the equation.

How to Make Money Right Now

If you need to make money quickly, there are several ways that you can do so without becoming overwhelmed or stressed. First, you need to ask yourself just how quickly you need it. Do you need it today to pay a bill or do you have a few weeks? Do you have to have the cash in your hand or can you wait a month to send an invoice? Asking yourself these important questions can help you to decide exactly what you need to do to make this side cash happen. If you need ideas, please check out the examples below, which are broken down by category.

Extremely Fast

If you need money today, there are a few ways that you can get it. First, head to Facebook and ask if any of your friends need a babysitter for that night. Make sure that you describe why you would be a good babysitter, including any previous experience you may have had working with children and ideas you have for making the night fun for them.
Plato’s Closet
While you are waiting for someone to respond, head to your closet and see what clothes you no longer wear. Take these clothes to a store likePlato’s Closet, where they will sort through items and give you cash on the spot. Remember, many secondhand stores also take shoes, purses, and jewelry. When you bring your items, make sure they are clean and organized. If you go to Plato’s closet and dump out wrinkly clothes on the counter, they will not be impressed. If you go in there with ironed clothes that are all sitting neatly on hangers, you will have a much better chance of selling them.
If that doesn’t work, remember that you can head to a Pawn Shop. Pawn Shops can give you loans on items you love or cash for items you no longer want. Remember to read the contract of any Pawn Shop you do business with. For example, most of them will claim ownership of your item if you don’t pay the loan back in a few days. If you have a unique item and they aren’t sure what it is, be sure to describe it to them in detail so that you can get the best offer possible.
Lastly, if you have a few pieces of furniture you no longer want, you canlist them on Craigslist. If it’s a desirable item, it’s very likely that someone will come pick it up the same day you list it and give you cash for it. Make sure to take pictures of your item for your ad in a bright, sunny room. Stand back far from the item and zoom in. This is better than trying to get a detail shot. You don’t need a fancy camera to sell items quickly. You just need a simple camera and a lot of sunlight to get the job done.

A Few Days

If you have a few days before a large bill is due, you’re in good shape. One of the best things you can do to make money is hold a garage sale. I try to hold a garage sale once a year, and I consistently make $200-$500 every time I host one.
If you’re going to have a garage sale, the only way for it to be successful is to be organized. Make sure you sort through your items carefully andlabel them with prices. Many people are too bashful to ask what the price of an item is, so if they are unsure, they might walk away. Also, check to see that everything you sell is clean, washed, and tidy. Clothes that are pressed and hung up on a line will sell much faster than a pile of clothes in a box. You should also advertise your sale with big, bright signs that have large letters and are easy to read. Also, place an ad onCraigslist.com with great pictures of your products. This will act as a“sneak peek” to those who love frequenting garage sales.
Craglist garage saleseBay Sales
Another way to make money if you only have a few days is to sell items on eBay. You can typically set items to sell in just a few days, and you can have the money in your PayPal account instantly. If you are going to sell on eBay, you have to have excellent pictures. To achieve this, make sure to take photos of your items in a place where they have enough light. Make sure pictures aren’t blurry, and write as much detail as possible in the item description in clear, easy to understand English.

A Few Weeks

If you have a few weeks to spare, and you want to try to make some side income, you definitely have the time to develop a side businessAll you need to do is identify a talent that you have. This could mean refinishing furniture, freelance writing, mowing the lawn, building websites, helping a business with their social media, editing videos, or anything else you can think of. These jobs might take a few weeks to create and promote, but once you do, you could easily make thousands of dollars a year.
Fiverrelance
Some great websites to look into for promoting your side business areFiverr.comUpwork, and Odesk.com. Remember that when you set up profiles for these websites, you are representing your company and your brand. Describe your services in great detail. Make sure that you have no grammatical errors in the description. It’s also wise to include a portfolio, links to your work, or recommendations from others. Additionally, remember that if you choose to build up a side gig business, reputation is everything. Whether you are working for a close friend or a stranger online, make sure that you always produce top quality work so that it can lead to referrals down the line.
